This is my first ever blog post – and hopefully one of many! I’ve wanted to set up something like this for a while, and it’s taken a long time to get of my backside and actually go through with it. But here we are.
This blog is basically me trying to chronicle my travels across the globe – as well as offering some help and advice for solo traveler’s like myself that are weary about heading out on their own!
If you know me, you’ll know I have caught the travelling bug. But, because of the times we live in with recessions and less money for outside activities, the thought for some to pack in a decent job just to travel the world is quite a huge step to take. But i’ve managed to fuel my bug with brilliant short term travelling trips every year – and although I still would love to pack everything in and island hop through Thailand, pick fruit in New Zealand and drive across the USA all in a year – it’s not possible for me at the moment.
So here are my chronicles and advice for those of you in the same situation. I’ve done things I’ve never even imagined I would ever do in my life time on these journeys, and will never regret doing them.
